Price does not really matter. There are. Who cant afford. Not everything in life is free bud. I jailbroke so i could add functionality to my phone that apple will never bring us. Yes its called blackra1n and yes all the ones from the app store but other publishers from cydia some cost but other wise yes all free. Win 7 64 bit, Win Vista 64 bit and Win Vista 32 bit. If I feel like this app is a total waste, it is my opinion. And let me clear up the flash drive thing. My point is that it would be either really big or really small. If it is really big, are you going to put them on your phone, even if it is for a short time? Most probably would not. If the file is really small couple of songs or photos , why not use a GB flash drive?
I have one on my keychain, I work with ladies who have one in their purse. This app requires that you have a cord in order to transfer files off the PC and onto you device. My only point was, IMO, is that a small flash drive would be easier and in some cases cheaper than this app.
I think the convulted process is. I will have no problem jailbreaking my iphone when someone creates a simple method for me to be able to sync to it from MC.
At the moment there are still too many hoops to jump through, but the change in the law is less than a month old. A bit more time, and maybe I can ditch itunes forever! I tend to agree with glynor.
I'm not interested in jailbreaking. Maybe if you are only concerned with a single device you can make it work, but many of us have multiple devices - iPhones, iPads, iPods, Even then there are lots of other things you need iTunes for anyway - especially the App store.
Music you can get elsewhere like Amazon. So for now I will continue to use prod's MCiS. The only thing I use iTunes for is a sync engine and the App store.
Homepage of pwntunes states that it allows direct access to the iphone memory from windows explorer. Could someone try this out? I don't have an iphone yet, but if this works I would probably leave my old WinMo phone and get an iphone Thanks Raist.
You can't use it directly with MC as pwntunes does not assign it a drive letter and MC therefore does not offer it when you add the handheld.
