If Niacin B3 is taken as a supplement such as mg per day, that's okay. But you shouldn't take more than 3g of niacin per day for an adult as it could damage the liver. Niacin can be used to control cholesterol. But it also be used to help prevent Pellagra and beriberi. Niacin when not used as a supplement, should be prescribed under the orders of a doctor, otherwise, taking a daily multi-vitamin should supply all the niacin you need.

Heroin here is cheaper than Fentanyl and other opiates, here enlies the epidemic.
